History

Integrated Realty Resources, Inc. was established in 2003 by Per E. Bjorn-Roli, MAI.  Ted Jensen joined the firm in 2009 and the firm became known as Reliant LLC at that time.

About the Partners

Per Bjorn-Roli

Mr. Bjorn-Roli is a graduate of Service High School and was born and raised in Anchorage.  He has strong roots in the local community–his father immigrated to Alaska from Norway in the 1960s and his grandfather came to Alaska during World War II and has the distinction of selling the first television set in Alaska.  After graduation from the University of Utah, Per started his appraisal career with Kincaid & Riely LLC in 1996.  After spending several years in Seattle where he worked at Cushman & Wakefield and GVA Kidder Mathews, Per returned to Anchorage in 2003.  Per is one of 5,900 individuals worldwide that has earned the Appraisal Institute’s prestigious MAI professional designation (Member No. 396734)–only 5% of commercial real estate analysts achieve this designation.  Per is a certified general real estate appraiser in the State of Alaska.  Per is proud to reside in Alaska where he enjoys spending time with his family and participating in a wide variety of outdoor activities, including flying, skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.

 

 

Theodore (Ted) Jensen

An Alaskan resident since 1992, Mr. Jensen graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Economics and Criminal Justice in 1995.  He began his appraisal career in 1995 with Kincaid & Riely LLC and subsequently worked as an appraiser with the Municipality of Anchorage’s assessor’s office and Howard & Wing.  In 2009, he joined Reliant LLC as a managing member.  Mr. Jensen has an extensive background in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting.  Ted is a certified general real estate appraiser in the State of Alaska.  He is one of 5,900 individuals worldwide that has earned the Appraisal Institute’s prestigious MAI professional designation (Member No. 396734)–only 5% of commercial real estate analysts achieve this designation.  Ted enjoys spending time with his family and friends, is active in the local community, and enjoys the Alaska outdoors.
